1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sorvenaliving.shop and its content (together, the “Site”). By visiting, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by Skylure LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Skylure LLC, and “you” means the person using the Site.

3. What this website is

The Site is an advertisement and information resource. Its pages are written in an editorial style but they are promotional material, not independent journalism, and not a medical publication.

We do not operate a store, take payment, hold stock, or ship goods. Every buy button, price, offer and call to action on this Site links to a third-party merchant's website. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that merchant.

9. Acceptable use

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skylure LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because we are not the seller, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any merchant, including non-delivery, late delivery, defective goods, incorrect charges, or a refusal to refund. Your remedy in those cases is against the merchant.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100.00).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skylure LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and each of us waives any objection to venue in those courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Resolving disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@skylurellc.com. We will try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. Most issues are settled far faster this way than through a formal process, and doing so does not affect your legal rights.

16. General terms

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and us.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

17. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the revised Terms, so please check this page from time to time.
