Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Read this first. Skylure LLC does not hold stock and does not ship goods. When you buy through a link on sorvenaliving.shop, the order is placed with and dispatched by a third-party merchant. Their shipping policy, delivery estimates and rates apply to your order — they are shown at checkout before you pay and confirmed in your order email.

1. Who ships your order

sorvenaliving.shop is an advertising website. The retailer you are taken to at checkout is the party that takes payment, picks, packs and dispatches your order, and handles any delivery problem. This page explains what to expect in general terms and, more usefully, what to do and who to ask when something goes wrong.

2. Where orders are shipped

The destinations available to you are the ones the merchant offers, and they are shown in the delivery step at checkout. If your country does not appear there, the merchant does not currently ship to it. We are not able to arrange delivery to a destination the merchant does not serve.

3. Processing and delivery times

Two separate periods make up the time between ordering and receiving:

The estimate that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email. We do not publish our own delivery estimates here, because doing so would risk contradicting the terms you actually agreed to. All delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and are given in business days excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed at a weekend, on a public holiday, or late in the day are normally processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping charges, any free-delivery threshold, and any expedited options are set by the merchant and are shown and totalled at checkout before you confirm payment. Any shipping offer described on our advertising pages is indicative; the amount confirmed at the merchant's checkout is the amount that applies. If the two differ, the checkout figure prevails — and please tell us, so we can correct our page.

5. Tracking your order

Most merchants send a dispatch email with a tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show its first scan — a number that shows nothing yet usually means the carrier has not scanned the parcel into its network, not that anything is wrong.

If you have not received a dispatch email, check your spam and promotions folders before contacting the merchant.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

International shipments may attract import duty, VAT, GST or a customs handling fee on arrival. These are levied by your own country's authorities and are your responsibility as the importer, unless the merchant's checkout expressly states that duties are prepaid. They are not included in the price shown on our pages, and neither the merchant nor we can predict or control them.

Customs inspection can also add time to a delivery. If a parcel is refused at customs or unclaimed and returned to sender, the merchant's policy determines whether a refund is available and what deductions apply.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming the order, including any apartment, unit or building number. Merchants generally cannot change an address once a parcel has been dispatched, and parcels sent to an incorrect address are usually not recoverable. If you spot a mistake, contact the merchant immediately — there is often a short window before picking begins.

8. Delays outside anyone's control

Neither the merchant nor Skylure LLC is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier backlogs and peak seasonal volume, industrial action, customs inspections, incorrect address details supplied at checkout, failed delivery attempts, natural disasters, or acts of government.

9. Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it: check with everyone at the address, look in the usual safe places and with neighbours, and allow 24 hours — carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered slightly before it is. If it still has not appeared, raise a claim with the merchant, who will pursue the carrier.

If the parcel arrives damaged or has clearly been opened, photograph the outer packaging and contents before unpacking further and send those photographs to the merchant. See our Refund Policy for what happens next.

10. Discreet packaging

Whether an order ships in unbranded outer packaging is determined by the merchant's own fulfilment practice. If this matters to you, ask them before ordering — we cannot make that commitment on their behalf.

11. How we can help

We cannot track, redirect, expedite or refund a shipment, but if you cannot work out who dispatched your order or you are getting nowhere with them, contact us and we will help you find the right party and escalate where we can.
