1. Who we are

sorvenaliving.shop (the “Site”) is operated by Skylure LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, Skylure LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through this Site.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through sorvenaliving.shop. It applies to this website only.

It does not apply to the merchant that processes your order. The buy buttons on this Site link to a third-party retailer. When you leave our Site to place an order, the information you provide there — your name, delivery address, email, phone number and payment details — is collected by that merchant under their own privacy policy, not ours. We never receive your full payment card number, CVV or bank details.

3. Information we collect

a. Information you give us directly

If you use our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to send: your name, email address, the subject and body of your message, and any order reference you include so we can help you.

b. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure records technical data when a page is served. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, the referring URL that brought you here, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit.

c. Advertising and click-attribution data

We advertise this Site online. To understand which advertisements work and to detect invalid or fraudulent traffic, we record click-level data such as the campaign, ad or link that referred you, click identifiers appended to the URL, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, device and browser characteristics, and whether a click resulted in an outbound visit to the merchant.

d. Information we do not collect

• We do not collect payment card numbers, CVV codes or bank account details.
• We do not ask for, and you should not send us, health records, diagnoses, prescriptions or other sensitive medical information. If you include such details in a message to us, we will use them only to answer you and will delete them once your enquiry is closed.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children (see section 12).

4. Cookies and tracking

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. We use two categories:

• Strictly necessary. Cookies and equivalent storage required for the Site to load, to remember your cookie choices, and to protect our forms against automated abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the Site, and are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.
• Advertising attribution. We use ClickMagick, a click-tracking and attribution service, to measure the performance of our advertising and to filter out bot and low-quality traffic. ClickMagick may set cookies or use URL parameters and device signals to link an advertisement click to a later visit. ClickMagick processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. We do not run Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel or similar third-party analytics tags on this Site at the time of writing. If that changes we will update this policy before deploying them.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site from working.

5. How we use information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
• To measure and improve our advertising, and to detect invalid or fraudulent clicks.
• To understand in aggregate how visitors use our pages.
• To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent — for non-essential cookies and tracking, where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for site security, fraud and invalid-traffic prevention, and measuring the effectiveness of our own advertising. We balance these against your rights and freedoms.
• Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

7. How we share information

We share personal information only with the following categories of recipient, and only as far as necessary:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the servers this Site runs on and deliver our email.
• ClickMagick, for advertising attribution and traffic quality filtering, as described above.
• Advertising platforms, which may receive aggregated or hashed conversion signals relating to our campaigns. These platforms do not receive the content of your messages to us.
• Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants and auditors — under duties of confidentiality.
• Authorities or other parties where we are legally required to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• A successor entity, if our business or its assets are merged, acquired or reorganised. We will notify you of any such change and of your options.

8. Third-party sites and merchants

This Site contains links to third parties, most importantly the merchant that sells the product featured on our pages. We do not control those websites. Once you follow a link, the destination site's own privacy policy, cookie practices and terms apply, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site before providing personal or payment information.

9. How long we keep data

• Contact form messages and email correspondence: up to 24 months from our last exchange with you, then deleted.
• Server and security logs: typically up to 12 months.
• Advertising and click-attribution data: typically up to 26 months.

We may keep information for longer where we are required to by law, or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

10. Security

The Site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. We restrict access to personal information to people who need it to do their job, and we use reputable providers for hosting and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information to us by email.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your information deleted;
• restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

We will respond within the period required by applicable law — generally one month under the GDPR and 45 days under US state privacy laws. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request.

12. US state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request access to it, to request its correction or deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We do not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. You may submit a request using the contact details in section 17, and you may use an authorised agent to do so on your behalf.

13. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EEA or UK, this means your information may be transferred outside your home jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal data internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with additional measures where required.

15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

There is no common industry standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, and we do not currently respond to them. Where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser that sends it.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
