A few things we cannot do
So you are not left waiting on an answer we are unable to give:
- We cannot give medical advice. We are not clinicians and cannot tell you what is affecting your nails or whether a product is safe for you. Please ask a pharmacist, physician or podiatrist — see our Disclaimer.
- We cannot process a refund. We do not take payment, so the money never passes through us. Our Refund Policy explains who can, and how we will help you reach them.
- We cannot track, redirect or expedite a parcel. The merchant who dispatched it can — see Shipping.
